QuickSwitch is a revolutionary system for pipe extrusion. Pipe diameter and wall thickness can be altered within a matter of minutes without stopping production at all. At the touch of a button, the complete extrusion line changes automatically to the new dimensions. QuickSwitch is available either new as a complete, automated extrusion line or as an upgrade package for already-installed conventional lines.

KraussMaffei Berstorff and egeplast worked together on the QuickSwitch development project. It enables fully-automated dimension change for complete pipe production lines.
